§ 1 Performance of the service provider

1. Through this business directory the service provider furnishes the user with published details of ecologically-orientated companies, or free access to the contact details of these. Furthermore, the service provider enables access to the vacancies available within these companies.

§ 2 Obligations of the user

1. The user undertakes:
   1. to exclusively publish vacancies available, vacancies wanted, small ads and tenders that are associated with goods or services of the ecological industry and
   2. to publish no contents that contravene valid law, in particular those containing offensive or defamatory content, and furthermore
   3. to observe the intellectual property rights (copyrights and ancillary copyrights, as well as rights to patents, registered designs, industrial property and brands) of third parties and to in no way advertise misleadingly or in any other anticompetitive way, and
   4. to use the entry exclusively for his/her own company and
   5. to make his access data to the services provided by oekoportal.de (user name and password) confidential to third parties.
2. The service provider shall, in the event of an infringement of the obligations stipulated in clause 1, revoke the rights of the user. Furthermore, the service provider has the right to delete with immediate effect any contents that infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party.
3. Insofar as the presenting party culpably infringes his obligations per clause 1, he is required to compensate the service provider for any resultant damages accordingly and to furthermore release the service provider from any liability towards third parties. This also applies to the costs incurred as a result of issuing a rightful warning of the infringement of intellectual property rights or with regards to anticompetitive behaviour.

§ 3 Remuneration for use / preconditions

1. Use is free of charge for both the companies and the visitors.
2. As a form of remuneration for free publication, companies included on the website shall place the script with the oekoportal.de banner as provided by oekoportal.de on the homepage of their company website. If, for technical reasons, insertion on the homepage is not possible, it is also acceptable to add the banner to an alternative adequate webpage following prior agreement with our webmaster. The display of this banner shall be automatically checked at regular intervals. In the event that the banner cannot be detected on the homepage of the company's website, the company's free entry on oekoportal.de shall be deleted.
3. The price of advertisements can be taken from the media data.
